Bjii's Terms & Conditions — Fully in Bengali

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the bjii platform and its services. By using our services through the bjii website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms.

Bjii is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. We offer a fully localized Bengali interface designed specifically for users in Bangladesh. All users must read these terms and conditions in full before using any bjii services.

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between bjii and the member. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform and contact our support team to close your account.

To open an account at bjii, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details will result in account cancellation, and any funds or bonuses held in the account may be forfeited.

Each member is entitled to only One Account operate. Creating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device/IP address is strictly prohibited.

Information required at the time of registration:

• Full Name (as per National ID Card)
• Active Mobile Number
• Email Address
• Date of Birth (for age verification)
• Current Address

Bjii may initiate a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

To create an account on bjii and participate in any betting activity, members must be at least 18 Years years of age. This is a non-negotiable requirement at bjii and will not be waived under any circumstances.

Bjii is firmly committed to protecting minors. If an account is found to belong to someone under 18, it will be closed immediately and any funds held in the account will not be returned.

The following individuals are also not eligible to use bjii:

• Bjii employees and their immediate family members
• Citizens of countries where online betting is prohibited by law
• Individuals who have opted for self-exclusion
• Individuals previously banned from bjii

Bjii supports multiple deposit and withdrawal methods. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours. However, delays may occur if KYC verification is incomplete or if unusual transaction activity is detected. bjii never rejects a withdrawal without valid reason.

Try to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals. If you deposited via bKash, we recommend withdrawing via bKash as well. Using a different method may require additional verification.

All bets placed on bjii are final and generally cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.

Key betting rules include:

• All pre-match bets close before the start of the match or event
• Live betting is only available while a match is in progress, and odds change in real time
• If an event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bjii reserves the right to void the affected bet
• If one leg of a parlay bet is voided, it will be settled as a single bet
• Where a cashout option is available, members may use it at their own discretion

Bjii's odds are set by professional analysts. If an error is found in any odds, we reserve the right to correct them and void the affected bets where applicable. In such cases, members will receive a full refund of their stake.

Bjii's bonus and promotion offers are specially designed for our members. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• The welcome bonus is available once on your first deposit only
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements for each bonus have been met
• A minimum odds of 1.50 are required for wagers to count toward wagering requirements
• Bonuses not used within the validity period will be automatically forfeited
• Multiple deposit bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• Bjii reserves the right to investigate any suspected misuse of bonuses

Bjii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If fraudulent activity is detected in connection with any bonus offer, all bonuses for that member may be forfeited and their account may be closed.

Bjii is committed to maintaining a fair and honest betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjii platform:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name
• Operating multiple accounts for bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse
• Placing bets using another member's account
• Betting linked to match-fixing or manipulation
• Transacting with illegally obtained funds on bjii (money laundering)
• Betting using automated bots or software
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to bjii's systems
• Harassing or engaging in offensive behavior toward other members

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where applicable.

Bjii may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Terms Violation
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submit required documents
• Suspicious or Unusual Transactions
• Self-Exclusion at Member's Request
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)

Bjii will notify the member by email or SMS before closing an account, wherever possible. However, in urgent cases, an account may be suspended without prior notice.

Members may close their account at any time by emailing support@bjii.ws. We recommend withdrawing all valid balances before closing your account.

Bjii always strives to provide the best service, but is not liable for the following:

• If a bet fails due to loss of internet connection
• In the event of transaction delays caused by third-party payment systems
• In the event of service disruption caused by unexpected technical issues
• Loss arising from a member sharing their account credentials with another person
• For financial losses arising from betting

If you have a dispute with bjii, please reach out to our customer support team first. We always strive to resolve issues in a friendly and fair manner.

Dispute Resolution Steps:

1. First, submit your complaint via live chat or by emailing support@bjii.ws
2. Our support team will get back to you within 72 hours
3. If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to our senior management
4. As a final step, neutral third-party mediation may be pursued

All disputes at bjii are handled in accordance with the guidelines of our licensing authority. bjii is always committed to fair and transparent resolutions.

Bjii reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email or platform notification.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly — the date of the latest update is always shown at the top.
